18.7 doesn't load chosen function at startup #268

Win 10, 18.6 works fine.

With 18.7 the default function preset is not loaded at startup.
I tried resaving profile to see if it solves the issue, but it doesn't.

Sure. I changed from enc to txt, enc didn't upload here.
h264 1080p 23cq.txt

Ok, out of curiosity I did autoupdate from 18.6 to 18.7 again and now it works fine. Sorry for a hassle.
