Exif date created and date encoded incorrect

The time created is 40 minutes in the future with version 18.5 on my windows 11 machine. Until this bug is fixed you should expose the date and time created and allow manual editing if nessesary. I only figured this out after uploading a file to my google drive and it flaged a problem, I finally figured out it was the time on the file!
