Would this API be able to block ext. websites?

I have a ZTE H369A. Normally routers should have the setting of Firewall etc. to block ext. wesbites, e.g. for child protection. But I cannot find those settings within my router, maybe ISP has disabled such functionalities.

Would this API be abel to do this? or would anyone suggest any Python API as well?
