Release timeline project board

We should setup a project board in the Parity org that contains all planned and current releases. This will increase visibility of the release timelines themselves and give clarity about the features that will be included.

It should look like this:

Tasks:

• Create script that populates this board (you can use this ugly script as baseline, it was used to generate the board in the image above)
• Integrate script either into the release registry or the release process (dont know where is best) to keep it updated
• Optional: Add bot that automatically moves backported issues and merged stuff into their respective release
