feat: toy example showing gpu exex

Start off wanting to paradigmxyz/reth-exex-examples#30 and got carried away. Anyways I think its a good showcase of how easy is it to use an Reth extension.

hey! I don't think we want to pull metal or any GPU code into the main repo, even for examples, and would prefer if the original issue were solved with something more minimal, so I'm going to close this issue. This would be a cool thing to show off in its own repo though!
