Noble Stack Support #817

It seems when I try to build with Noble in the stack, I get this error (output from kpack):

validating buildpack paketo-buildpacks/nginx@0.17.4: stack io.buildpacks.stacks.noble is not supported

Is there are plan to support this, or maybe the error is on my end?

@rrileyca no error on our end, this buildpack hasn't been updated for noble yet.
