Is there a chance of having the image on public.ecr.aws?

We don't plan on it, as we don't an AWS account that is available for public maintainers.

We do have the images published to GitHub container registry however

https://github.com/pact-foundation/pact-ruby-cli/pkgs/container/pact-cli

This action was taken as part of the previous request for AWS ECR images

pact-foundation/pact-stub-server#61
