A protocol is an important component, but procuring further conduct until completion is, too, important, because some studies never make it from the protocol stage [@Staikos2020].
Single-reviewer screening is prone to missing about one tenth of eligible studies, while dual screening misses a couple per cent. [@Gartlehner2020]
Agreement on RoB judgements is low between Cochrane reviewers [@Konsgen2020].
Some authors have performed assessments of methodological quality of systematic reviews in spine surgery based on quality of reporting or methodological score calculation but have not attempted replication. [@Sathish2020E1E22]
