No ReadMe.md for gpumetrics contrib sampler

Lack of Sampler Information/Description

Under ldms/src/contirb/gpumetrics there is no ReadMe.md to describe the purposes of the sampler. It's written by folks at intel, but is it a generic gpumetric sampler which can pull from more than just Intel GPUs? What sort of metrics does it give, and what are its dependencies? The point I'm getting at is the complete lack of information on this sampler; how is anyone to know what it is or how to use it? --Asked to open this by Jennifer Green @jennfshr (sorry about being a little late on the uptake)
