In case we use the Onboarding template and the more info button can be disabled, we should have a prop to do so

[chipp972]

@anooparveti in vrack-services project we can reuse the onboarding templates for subnets and endpoints but we use the "onmore info button" only (to redirect to the subnet creation and endpoint creation pages) and we need to disable it for endpoints when there is no subnet yet
