WiX 3 is no longer under free support. There are also other ways to get the same content, so this .zip is not required. |

Since I could not open a bug report, I put a pointer here.
The file https://github.com/wixtoolset/wix3/releases/download/wix3141rtm/wix314exe.zip is much to small.
