CLI not running

Hi, I am new to playing around with upscayl, and was facing a weird bug.
Trying to run a job but it either abruptly ends or ends automatically after some time, providing no error outputs. Don't know how to fix this. File is not too big (16Kb) around 300x300 pixels.
