Make all menus collapsible on left pane of webmin?

I just wanted to create a discussion before creating an enhancement ticket.

After endless clicking and refreshing (I thought maybe my page was frozen), I was informed in matrix group that if you select an item in a menu in the left pane in webmin, that you cannot collapse the main menu above it after doing so. This is true.

However, I think the user should always be able to collapse a menu, and I think most users expect that, especially if the icon is visible to be able to do so...

And, to prove it, if you go to the Stalwart documentation pages, you'll see that the exact same branding / gui is there and all menus are always collapsible
