@KasthuriAnandhan Thank you for the patience, we are looking into this again There are further things to try/check, could you disable Headless Documents to see if it there's a conflict on which sub-item should appear on top of context menu? Also can you please try to add a custom document type that has "print page/container" as base type? |

@KasthuriAnandhan We are trying to reproduce but it seem all working fine, there's only one possible case that it breaks like that and that the cache is not cleared. Can you please try to clear all the cache and check again? |

Hi @kingjia90 @dvesh3, I have installed the Web2Print bundle on my local Pimcore instance. I can now see the PrintPage and PrintContainer under Documents, and I’ve managed to generate a DataObject in PDF format, similar to what is available in the Pimcore demo version. However, I’m not sure where or how to start to create a PDF with DataObject information. Could you please assist me with this? I've attached some screenshots for your reference. Thanks, |

Hi @kingjia90 , I'm just testing to see if I can create a PDF. I added a simple print statement in the PrintPage and tried to generate the PDF, but it hasn't completed. The progress has been stuck at 0% for a long time. And the below bricks are not available for me how to enable those also. |

Hi @kingjia90 , Sorry to disturb you, but I have a doubt. Can I follow the same steps on my local Pimcore installation as well for maintenance cronjobs ? |

Hi @kingjia90, I’m unsure how to manage cron jobs in my local Pimcore environment. Could you provide more information on this? I’ve already set up a task scheduler, but I’m still encountering issues. I’m trying to create a PDF from PrintPage using a simple print statement. Could you please help me with this? Thank you! |

Hi @kingjia90, I'm unable to resolve this issue in my local Pimcore environment. If I install the bundle from the link below, do you think it will help me overcome the 0% issue? |

Hi @dvesh3, I've noticed a few similar issues on GitHub regarding PDF generation. I've installed Pimcore on my local Windows machine and am trying to generate a PDF using PrintPage and PrintContainer, but the process remains stuck at 0% for a long time. If you have any insights or suggestions on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate your help. |
