Maybe I should setup a fiscal host so that we can setup GitHub sponsors?

What would be the plan with the funds, getting azure pipelines (like microsoft/vcpkg) or getting github hosted larger runners or something external?

I only have experience with the github hosted ones so far.

I probably would prefer to stay on github unless there is a reason to move elsewhere.
