Provision the Azure VM for the course using Terraform and Ansible

During the DAI course, I've developed a few lines of Terraform and Ansible code to provision the Azure VM, following the guidelines in the course material. Now, I've add a few hours to properly try and document the procedure to share with you if you think it might be useful for somebody.

The work is available in this repository. If you agree this is useful, I would love for you to test it and give me some feedback when you have the time (I'm sure there are a lot of improvements that could be done, between fixing typos, improving sentences and adding screenshots 😄).

I might not have some time to try it myself before next year, but from what I saw and my little experience with these tools, your work seems well done and straight-forward!

One thing I notice with the Ansible configuration is the usage of the deb822_repository module here. Is there a reason for not using the apt/apt_repository/apt_key modules? Is the deb822_repository module easier to work with?

On a project I worked on, we had set up Ansible to install Docker. I wouldn't do it that way today, but maybe you can find some inspiration for your project as well: https://gitlab.com/beescreens/beescreens/-/merge_requests/149/diffs#ff7dc6c2fc462889eb886436f1f5023f905280da.
