[Paul-Eraman-CoopCycle]

We decided that we needed "minimum viable CoopCycle" in regards to the shops dashboard, and decided to implement the following features based on the GitHub issue below:
coopcycle/coopcycle-web#3720

These features, combined with other improvements in the platform, hope to have the effect of making it much easier for a local shop to use CoopCycle as a delivery service.

The features identified as necessary for minimum viable CoopCycle are:

• Filters
• Search
• More usable proof of delivery visualisation
• Tabs that separate deliveries by time

As well as some improvements in the aesthetics to improve UI.

These features now have the following status:

• Filters: based on Stripe, can filter by X, Y, Z
  done
• Search: searches based on XXX
  done
• Proof of delivery: can be viewed in a modal inside the dashboard, and then downloaded as an image
  in progress
• Tabs: the page now has tabs to separate between future deliveries, todays deliveries, and completed deliveries
  done

Now that these small improvements have been done, we must iterate on them to make them better, as well as begin a process of considering what the dashboard should look like if we were to begin to recreate if from zero. This begins by considering our needs so please think about and explain the various needs we have in regards to the functioning of this dashboard by our various clients.

A couple things. I think mentioned it a while back (maybe in a Github issue?). At the moment it is not possible for the store to easily know if a delivery is yet to be done, has been picked up or has been done. A simple use of pictograms ✅ would help significantly the customer to feel better about the deliveries he's giving us.

Also, instead of having a modal, which is good for the POD, the creation of a PDF stating all elements of the delivery, adding time stamp + the POD would be amazing.

Until I read #3761 I couldn't find that dashboard you have on the picture !

So from my point of view, the actual dashboard still have great new features ! The price is one of these I am really grateful to have, so I don't need to get into each delivery to know more.
But it could have more info on this main dashboard :

• as if the delivery is done or not (you know when it is cancelled, then why not when it is done ?)
• the POD could be accessed from there ? (by the way #3852 )

Dans le but d’améliorer l’expérience des clients sur la plateforme nous avons pensé à plusieurs choses :
Lorsqu'une tâche est échouée, le client devrait pouvoir voir le commentaire des coursiers (rapport d’incident) et avoir accès aux notes s’il souhaite avoir des détails.
Avoir une sorte de traceur des coursiers et/ou une information qui indique l’heure de pick up et de drop off. Ce système pourrait être lié au démarrage et aux validations des tâches.
Comme l’a souligné Adrien, l’utilisation de pictogrammes peut vraiment aider le client à visualiser clairement les informations et à connaître le statut de sa livraison.
-> Un petit pictogramme de vélo avec l’heure à côté pourrait indiquer le début de la course.
-> Un changement de la couleur du picto vert/orange/rouge permettrait de voir si le coursier est dans les temps, un peu en retard ou très en retard.

In order to improve the customer experience on the platform we thought of several things:
When a job fails, the customer should be able to see the couriers' commentary (incident report) and have access to the notes if they want details.
Have some sort of courier tracker and/or information indicating pick-up and drop-off times. This system could be linked to task start-up and validation.
As Adrien pointed out, the use of pictograms can really help customers to clearly visualize information and know the status of their delivery.
-> A small bicycle pictogram with the time next to it could indicate the start of the run.
-> A change in the color of the green/orange/red pictogram could show whether the courier is on time, a little late or very late.
