SunbirdEd mobile platform is slow

Dear All,
We are facing a challenge with the DIKSHA app. On 2nd launch the app takes lot of time to load. We had upgraded to version 6 Ionic with Cordova, and then to version 8.0.0_V16 Ionic with Capacitor & Cordova, still the issue exist.
Can you guide in resolving the issue? I have attached a video screenshot for reference.

Our team has tried both the methods, but we are not getting any improvements.

@sayali2523 From our observation we found that app load times are slower from the second time launch of the app, If we clear the app data from app then app become faster, It is related to the loading and rending of the assets , You see this issue when you do chrome inspect of the app images and js file will be downloaded but rendering parsing is the one which is causing the issue which what causing the slowness of the app.

We had similar founding, and also saw the issue with the updated Sunbird builds. Is there any solution??
