I use sharex for screenshots and whatnot and they have this tool to make any window borderless and I have been using this tool on minecraft. But I have to hit a sharex hotkey every time I launch an instance to bring up the borderless window tool and select the window. I think this would be a great feature to implement into the launcher settings->minecraft->window size and add another option "start minecraft full screen borderless".
It seems pretty simple because it works instantly and continues to be a borderless window even if I close sharex so it's not actively modifying the window in some janky way. I think this file is the relevant part of the code for this tool but I am not sure because I am not familiar with C# or the windows api.
I have no idea why full screen borderless isn't just a vanilla minecraft option but I don't think it ever will be. Here is a minecraft feedback ticket requesting this feature in 2019 and I remember people asking for this option like 10 years ago but it's never been added. There are multiple mods that only have 1 purpose and it's to make minecraft full screen borderless so I know other people want this feature. It would be great if this was added to the launcher as an option.
