Description of issue

Cannot install the cask dbgate.

1. Force remove the dbgate even it's not installed.

$ brew remove -f --cask dbgate

When I try to install dbgate dmg file, I noticed that the app name is DbGate.app not dbgate.app.

Since your filesystem is case-sensitive, it cannot find the proper case-insensitive app name.
I don't know how to turn off the case-sensitivity but can fix the cask file to get correct name.

Unfortunately, the case-sensitive APFS cannot be disabled without reformatting the partition. However the fix will be very helpful.
