感觉Issue模板过于复杂，导致让提出人感觉很繁琐。
例如在进行
Bug 反馈中期望的行为的行为一栏通常显而易见，但是却必须要填写；功能请求中还需要填写背景与动机（感觉这个填写这个对新功能没什么用处）包括Issue模板前还有一堆需要打勾的项目。
建议
这里既然已经写了"起一个能够清晰描述您的问题的标题，便于开发者解决您的问题。"标题栏中不应再写，还需要删除在编辑，影响填写速度。
