[release] Figletize v0.7.0: Trim and Smush!

This release is a small release dedicated to making several improvements across different areas of Figletize.

Changes

This release contains a variety of changes, including, but not limited to:

• [+] You can now look at the comments from each font
• [*] Trim the figlet output from the top and the bottom
• [*] Disallow smushing for tiny fonts
• [-] Removed license from the generated headers
