Use the cifmw venv to run VA validations #1806

In zuul VA validation jobs we are installing via setup_molecule the cifmw collection and dependencies but we are using the zuul executor venv, leading to missing deps like custom filters or jmespath missing.

As a pull request owner and reviewers, I checked that:

  • Appropriate testing is done and actually running
  • Appropriate documentation exists and/or is up-to-date:
    • README in the role
    • Content of the docs/source is reflecting the changes
