Migrate to later version of threejs #171

Description of the problem

Examples, documentation and supported features have changed since we forked threejs for use in OpenSim 4.0, need to upgrade to stay in sync., bring improvements including saving to more common video formats and potentially camera scripting.

List of items to be tested:

  • Upgrade to use js modules
  • Update/test display of simple model (pendulum no arrows, muscles or frames)
  • update/test toolbar layout, functionality (default views, zoom, snap, video recording)
  • update/test visualizer control menu (background, floor, backdrop)
  • Add back muscles
  • Show experimental data Markers, Froces and Sensors
  • Exercise commands to show/hide/color/scale

Needed to upgrade jxbrowser to support the newer features of JS engine.
