This is the fourth hotfix for 2019.2. It includes the following fixes as well as all the features and fixes found in earlier versions of 2019.2:
NOTE: If you wish to use the upgrader tle-upgrade-2019.2.r20200701.2019.2.4-Stable.OSE.zip please rename the file to: tle-upgrade-2019.2.r20200701 (2019.2.4-Stable.OSE).zip before uploading to the oEQ Manager (unfortunately GitHub does not support parentheses, however the oEQ Resource Centre requires them).
