Checked the release notes for v8 and v9, and it seems we have no migration work to do, so we can simply bump the version number.

Use Run test server using develop.opencast.org as backend: Specify a different backend like stable.opencast.org: It may take a few seconds for the interface to spin up. |

Unfortunately, most of these are fixed by type assertions, as properly typing the relevant dictionaries with `unknown` value types does not seem feasible. Also throws in some more dependency updates for good measure.
