android bluetooth pairing with rp3b not working as expected

this not workig find. in my raspberry 3b.
I've tested this build 20250111 with Android Auto on 13.1
When everything was working fine (v.2022.09.12.1. + aa 12.6): I used Bluetooth. A few seconds after recognizing Bluetooth on Pi3b and mobile wifi, it turned on and connected to crankshaft hotspot and a few seconds later, Gmap and Spotify started working properly.
Now (20250111 + aa 13.1): When my mobile's Bluetooth recognizes crankshaft's Bluetooth, it doesn't start mobile wifi.
However, if I activate android auto head unit server. and being connected to the hotspot. I click on crankshaft wifi symbol and it starts as expected.
