Patches for the OpenBSD base system are distributed as unified diffs.
Each patch is cryptographically signed with the
<a href="https://man.openbsd.org/OpenBSD-6.3/signify.1">signify(1)</a> tool and contains
usage instructions.
All the following patches are also available in one

Alternatively, the <a href="https://man.openbsd.org/syspatch">syspatch(8)</a>
