This release begins the taking apart of obs-service-cargo so that these parts can be used as separate packages. Specifically, we are talking about the (de)compression logic, now as a separate package called https://github.com/openSUSE-Rust/roast. This will ensure that this will be used for the planned alternative vendoring alternative, https://github.com/openSUSE-Rust/obs-service-cargo-vendor-home-registry.
