@Kielek has been active in the OpenTelemetry .NET community for a while and is a maintainer on the https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet-contrib repo. He has demonstrated both a willingness to help improve the project and good instincts handling requests from the community while working under the constraints of the specification. I propose adding him to the approver group so he can help review code in the main repo bringing his unique skills and insights gained from working on the downstream projects (contrib, auto-instrumentation, demo, etc) and upstream projects (specification).
