[question] Why are Resources.Azure and Resources.Container still prerelease?

After various packages released stable versions recently, I noticed that two NuGet packages I use in my applications are still beta versions:

• OpenTelemetry.Resources.Azure
• OpenTelemetry.Resources.Container

I was just curious as to why they haven't had a stable version yet?

Container - container sem conv is not stable https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/blob/v1.30.0/docs/resource/container.md
Azure - cloud sem conv is not stable https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/blob/v1.30.0/docs/resource/cloud.md

Stabilization of sem. conv. is hard requirement before marking it as a stable.

Thanks - I saw the same for OpenTelemetry.Exporter.Prometheus.AspNetCore where it was called out in the package README. Maybe it would be useful for a similar message being added to the README for any packages here with the same constraint.
