@kpennellaRH and I are working on this this week. Some rough notes for the content below:

"Leveraging disruption to drive outcomes and using agility and openness to create a new product for remote, distributed teams."

Background to ways of working with customers, create the context
Challenge / disruption
Instant pivot? Respond to unexpected changes or external forces we can’t predict - constantly sense then respond
Best way to learn is to pilot live and pull feedback into the product loop quickly and in some cases day by day

Codified / evolved the virtual residency
How we formed a global Virtual Residency product team
Pairs of pairs - cross functional and cross regional
Practices - backlog, DoR, DoD, Social Contract
Synchronous communication - 6 “stand up” calls per week covering every region
Asynchronous communication - chat, release process
Showcases and feedback loops

--- wrap up
Products are evolutionary and should continue to evolve or change based on the feedback(?)
What we’ve learned or how we continue to incorporate feedback and learn
