"hooksoverview" external admin setting already used for the Moodle core setting.

Hi,

I have recently used your plugin and found an issue while developing the project. You used the "hooksoverview" admin_externalpage setting, which is the same name used for the Moodle core. As a result, I can't install the plugin for Moodle 4.0.3 and higher. Could you please look into this issue?
