Software management - add fields for SaaS products

The current software management fields seem to be designed primarily for software that you buy one time with a license. The old school model.

99% of the software that I and my clients use is now subscription based SaaS products and services.

It would be nice to have fields where we could indicate the following:

Is the subscription monthly or yearly?
Or do you own a lifetime license? (I and several of my clients buy a lot of software on AppSumo, so I need a way to indicate this)
How much does the subscription cost?

Also, I would love the option to indicate that we have unlimited seats on a piece of software. A lot of times I buy lifetime licenses that include unlimited seats. Have a way to indicate this in OfficeLife would be helpful.

I mentioned this in another discussion, but attachments would also be very helpful for SaaS. I would like to be able to attach agreements, as well as screenshots of what license type we have, what we're entitled to use based on our subscription, and so on.

Finally, I know someone requested a Wiki application within OfficeLife. That would be incredible. I need a place where I can document for the team what we use each software for and why we decided on this software for this purpose. It would also be a place where we can provide instructions for new users on our team how we use each software. This would definitely fall in line with your vision for the Recruit domain, onboarding.

To sum up, add a couple of new fields:

• monthly or yearly subscription,
• own lifetime license
• subscription cost
• ability to indicate unlimited seats on the software
• attachments

I think that the first two points could be combined. I've also added a final point.

• Product key should be an optional field since this doesn't apply to SaaS

@djaiss I just thought of another field that is needed in software management: expiration date / renewal date.

Renewal date would be good to know for SaaS that you pay for yearly.

Expiration date would be good to have for perputual software licenses that you have to pay for support on yearly or every few years.

I suppose this could be a single field. I don't think it needs to be split up.
