Our local copy of PORO (used when building composite-metazoan) contains
bogus general class axioms that, through bridging axioms and because
they involve high-level Uberon classes ('anatomical entity' and
'immaterial anatomical entity') ultimately affect a large number of
classes in composite-metazoan.
We refresh our copy of PORO with the latest release in which the
offending axioms have been fixed.

Note: In the planned overhaul of the composite-* pipeline, I am hoping that we’ll be able to “unfreeze” all the local copies of the various ontologies in But in the meantime, refreshing just PORO allows at least to fix the #1958 issue without seemingly introducing any further problem. |
