Unable to get Docker up inside a macos-latest runner natively or with Colima due to limitations. The native bake also seems limited by licensing.

Unable to get Docker up inside a macos-latest runner

Could we test the docker image with the built-in services: action https://docs.github.com/en/actions/use-cases-and-examples/using-containerized-services/about-service-containers? That should work on macos too.

I tried a service container on macos-latest, but docker wasn't available to #681.

I think service containers on at least GitHub runners have to be Linux?

I think containerization should be available once/🙏 GitHub upgrades their runners to M3 machines?
