[BUG]: pybind11_stubgen segfault for developer guide examples

Describe the bug.

Since the CUDF 24.02 upgrade, pybind11_stubgen gives a segmentation fault for both of the developer guide examples. The fault originates in the CurlGlobalDestroyer destructor, and has been worked-around in nv-morpheus/utilities#66

Ideally, we would avoid the patch to Triton Client, root-cause the segmentation fault, and fix the underlying issue.
