[DOC]: Add example notebook/script for DFP training using dfencoder

Describe the future/missing documentation

In our current repository, we provide DFP training examples using the Morpheus pipeline. However, for customers conducting initial POC, direct training with the dfencoder class outside the pipeline can offer faster iteration. To support this need, we should consider two additions to the existing DFP documentation:

1. Example notebook demonstrating how to preprocess data and train a model using dfencoder
2. Distributed training script showcasing distributed training utilizing dfencoder's capabilities
