UPageCard spotlight not working in one of the corners

Reproduction

1. add a <UPageCard spotlight>
2. hover over all of the corners
3. one of them wont work

Description

when a UPageCard component has spotlight turned on, one of the corners will never work. in my projects it was always the top left one.

Additional context

in both images the cursor is around 15px from the actual corner
