This phase introduces the TUI dapp environment and developer-focused tools for transaction management.

Tasks:

Develop TUI dapp terminal with WASM plugin support for dapp interactions.
Add batch transaction handling with bundling support.
Implement deadline-based execution enforcement for transactions.
Enable paymaster-based sponsorship for gasless transactions.
