After executor option

Hi,

ng-packagr don't allow to copy files outside the project to the dist folder. Thanks to NX I solved the issue by creating an executer to do this dirty work. I want to this executer to run after the build executer but I don't think it's possible with NX. An after task is apprenticed here.

This solution work but I feel not semantically correct:
