How can I run Dynamic Child Pipelines in GitLab for affected apps?

I have a four stage pipeline in GitLab.

• Install
• Review
• Package
• Publish

The install is cached and the build is assigned to Nx to do whatever it needs with DTE.

Once that runs I want to understand and pass onto the next job if any apps are affected.

Then a dynamic pipeline will create a Downstream job for package. And then deploy it.

Do we have examples of such setup? Thank you!
