Why nx is never stable?

Hi,
I like to migrate some react app to nx as integrated repo, but this is not first this happens, but everytime when I like to play around with nx....

Running nx create-nx-workspace makes things harder and harder....

On casual Windows 11 with WSL2, nx behave weird... for example two projects one react and one playwright as integrated monorepo, the project looks half created, no scripts properly setup....

Creating simple start: "vite" command for the react project, commands returns no error, but the command nothing really executes...
