How can I notify my library change to other users across global

Hi everyone, I am working with one of the Enterprise application using Nx. The team for micro-frontend works across different locations. From my location I have made a change in library. My repo got updated. Now the people need to update the library before they use. some reason some people working long without required to update the library, since they work on their own module.

But I would like to send a notification, whenever there is a change in library. Is it possible? do we have any inbuilt tool for it? or any third party tooling need to implemented? or what would be the correct way to handle this scenario?
