setup_gimp_avif.exe is a 64bit version of development GIMP with alternative plug-in to allow AVIF import/export.
While original GIMP 2.99.5 has ability to import/export AVIF format, the GIMP's implementation is based on libheif library.
This installer contains AVIF support plug-in which use libavif library instead.

This is not official GIMP build, not all GIMP features were enabled, some may not work correctly!
