Issue With GPU Data Not Displaying in Plugin

Hi,

I appreciate all you've done with this, and I get it's probably more a passion project thing you haven't touched in a while, but I just started using it and had a question if you see this and have the time. Mostly its that while Libre HWM sees all my hardware and the sensors, the plugin is only seeing my CPU and memory. I'd really love to be able to see my GPU temps as well with the plugin.
I'm admittedly far more basic in my coding experience, and not at all familiar with the API here, so while I tried to just look into it myself from your repository, I was kinda coming up with no solution. So, figured I should at least comment and ask and see if it got anywhere
