actual state of the program?

Hello :)
actually im a little bit confused about the versions 2.0.0 vs 2.0.3. there are some nice pull requests to use the program in windowed-mode, etc. but as far as i understand the only available source-code is from version 2.0.0, so all improvements where made based on the old version.
It would be very nice when we can implement the nice pull requests into the new version, where the overlay is free placeable.
