This sender uses a telegram bot to send newly found properties.
It needs the environment variable TELEGRAM_API_TOKEN set in order to work. Use the telegram BotFather to create a bot and obtain a token.
In order for the bot to send you new properties it needs to know you. Simply write it any message and it will start sending you new properties.
