Auto/Manual Archive Meetings #29

Meetings older than 30 days (or whatever the user chooses) will archive automatically
User can manually archive old meetings
User can have the option of never allowing a specific meeting to archive itself

Will probably need build a new view to display archived meetings and be able to unarchive them as well.
