I also want to know the status of this project and is it possible to use it with Svelte version 5.0

I’m not currently maintaining it - not saying I won’t eventually come back to it, but these days I’m busy with other projects.

As for Svelte 5 - I’m sure it won’t be as easy as simply bumping the dependency to version 5, unfortunately.

I have no experience with NodeGUI so I don't know how good it is in relation to Electron (or the many other alternatives), but I do love Svelte and to be able to build a mostly native app with it is a dream. So, I will fork this and see what I can do about getting it back into shape. However, since this repo is not currently being maintained, I will not be requesting code review on this repo as even if they were approved, they'd likely just sit. However, thank you to the current maintainers who built this and created such a wonderful platform for building apps without using Re...Rea... ugh, React! 🤮
